Chesnutt Library Now Offers Virtual Reference Chat Service via LibraryH3lp

Starting on Monday, March 18th, Chesnutt Library debuted our virtual reference chat service to the FSU campus. This service is powered by LibraryHelp, which provides flexible, affordable live chat & FAQ software for libraries, library consortia, & non-profits. 

Patrons can reach the chat widget through Chesnutt’s main page.

Chesnutt Library Chat Service

During normal business hours, you will receive a timely response from staff at Chesnutt. Afterhours chats will be answered by MLS-level librarians in North Carolina via NCKnows.

We hope our patrons will take advantage of this additional resource and opportunity to utilize one of the greatest resources Fayetteville State University has to offer: librarians! No question is too silly or too small.
